Swisscom est arriv\u00e9 par la petite porte et a obtenu une autorisation de minimis \u00e0 la fin du mois de mars 2019. Motif : le site de radiot\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile de Zeiningen \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 construit depuis longtemps et a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re technologiquement neutre. Par cons\u00e9quent, le site pourrait \u00eatre mis en service avec la 5G sans avoir besoin d'un permis suppl\u00e9mentaire. Cette notification est ensuite examin\u00e9e par le service cantonal des constructions. Ce service accepte les demandes de modification de la proc\u00e9dure mineure \u00e0 condition que les dispositions de l'ordonnance sur la protection contre les rayonnements non ionisants soient respect\u00e9es. La puissance des syst\u00e8mes d'antennes et l'exposition de la population aux rayonnements doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi.
