Partout o\u00f9 l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 circule, des champs \u00e9lectriques et magn\u00e9tiques \u00e0 basse fr\u00e9quence (BF) sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s. Les appareils de communication sans fil tels que les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones mobiles ou sans fil \u00e9mettent des champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence (CEM-HF).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le monde entier, le nombre de contrats de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile est d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 la population mondiale. Le d\u00e9veloppement technique progresse \u00e9galement rapidement : Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, le Natel (\"t\u00e9l\u00e9phone national de voiture\") a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit en Suisse, et actuellement la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration (4G, LTE) est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de se d\u00e9velopper. Cette \u00e9volution rapide soul\u00e8ve naturellement des questions sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibes.ch\/fr\/gesundheitsprobleme\/plaintes-liees-a-lelectrosensibilite\/\">les effets sur la sant\u00e9<\/a> sur.<\/p>\n<h2>Cons\u00e9quences pour la sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>La connaissance de la situation d'exposition de la population est une condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la recherche ou \u00e0 l'\u00e9valuation d'\u00e9ventuels effets sur la sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, on sait tr\u00e8s peu de choses \u00e0 son sujet et les changements techniques rapides font que les mesures deviennent relativement vite obsol\u00e8tes.<\/li>\n<li>L'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) consid\u00e8re donc que l'\u00e9tude de l'exposition aux CEM-RF dans la population est une priorit\u00e9 dans la recherche sur les CEM (van Deventer et al. 2011).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Suivi national<\/h2>\n<p>L'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'environnement (OFEV) entend mettre en place un monitoring national de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibes.ch\/fr\/profi-messung\/nis-ordonnance\/\">Immissions de rayonnement non ionisant (RNI)<\/a> \u00e0 construire. L'objectif est de fournir des donn\u00e9es statistiques sur la r\u00e9partition des immissions au sein de la population, sur les sources\/technologies dont elles proviennent et sur l'\u00e9volution de cette r\u00e9partition au fil des ans. Les r\u00e9sultats doivent \u00eatre repr\u00e9sentatifs de la population suisse dans son environnement quotidien.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'environnement OFEV juin
